2. Upon downloading and accessing Alcore Games Applications or Services, a dialogue box will appear on your device screen. Additionally, it will include a link to the full text of this Policy and a button labeled “I accept.” By clicking this button, you provide consent for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
3. Within the dialogue box mentioned in this Policy, you will also find the statement “I confirm that I am 16+ (or holding parental responsibility).” Adjacent to this statement, there will be a checkbox. By checking this box, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, or that the individual holding parental responsibility over you consents to the processing of your personal data.
4. You retain the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data at any time. To initiate this, please submit a verifiable request through the following link: https://alcoregames.com/deleteData. In your request, we ask you to provide an email address for communication purposes, as well as to identify your online identifier (such as Game Center ID or game ID) or other relevant identifiers associated with your use of our Services. Data Collection and Use
1. Alcore Games is the Collector of your personal data that determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data by establishing this Policy and by concluding contracts on processing with other legal entities that Alcore Games involves in processing of your personal data as Processors.
2. Alcore Games use third-party analytical tools to deliver advertising and content relevant to your interests. These partners process your Data only at and according to our specific instructions and may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information about your use of our Services. This collected information includes, but is not limited to installation Data, in-app events, language, platform, device type, operating system version or device IDs such as advertising IDs and usage information.   1. Businesses utilizing advertising networks to promote Alcore Games Applications and other Services;

  3. Companies utilizing personal data provided by the Controller for the development and enhancement of Alcore Games Applications, as outlined in a written agreement with Alcore Games.
  4. Organizations offering attribution tracking mechanisms, ad mediation services, and ad network services for Alcore Games Applications.
  5. Entities employing analytical tools to study the behavior of Alcore Games Users and their interactions with Alcore Games Applications and other Services.
3. The Processors identified in section 2.2 of this Policy are authorized to process your personal data solely in accordance with written contracts established between the Controller and the Processors. These contracts adhere to the obligations outlined in Article 28 of the GDPR and safeguard your rights as individuals whose personal data is processed (For more detailed information about the policies of these services, see the link in clause 2.2 of this policy).
4. Linked Services. Alcore Games Services may include links to websites operated by third-party companies. These sites may feature advertisements or provide content, functionality, games, newsletters, contests, or applications developed and managed by unrelated entities. Alcore Games does not oversee the privacy practices of these third-party companies. Therefore, upon leaving Alcore Games Services or clicking on an advertisement, it is advisable to review the respective Privacy Policy of the external service.
5. Alcore Games has its own system for analyzing player behavior. The system tracks the approximate actions of the player (for example: pressing a specific button), sends these actions as events and visualizes them on the virtual game screen. The system does not work constantly, it may be an individually selected user who may have problems with the program. This data is stored for 24 hours, after which it is automatically deleted.
How We Collect and Process Your Personal Data
1. Our designated Processors, as outlined in section 2 of this Policy, integrate attribution tracking technologies into Alcore Games Applications to monitor device usage (e.g., smartphones) by Alcore Games Users. These Processors utilize the Device ID to aggregate behavioral personal data, including the websites visited by the device user, clicked advertisements, mobile applications purchased or downloaded, and the frequency of application launches. Upon downloading, installing, and launching Alcore Games Applications, the application retrieves information about the Device ID associated with the Alcore Games User's device and tracks all behavioral personal data aggregated under this Device ID.
2. The Processors identified in section 2 of the Policy transmit Device IDs of Alcore Games Users, along with aggregated tracking information, to the Controller. The Controller may then transfer these Device IDs to the Processors for storage of this personal data. Additionally, the Controller may transfer Device IDs to the Processors for marketing and advertising analytics purposes. Furthermore, the Controller may transfer Device IDs with aggregated tracking information to the Processors for marketing and promotional activities related to Alcore Games Applications across application stores, other mobile and web applications, and social networks.
3. When an Alcore Games User creates an In-Game Account, they are prompted to provide Alcore Games with an online identifier (such as Google Play ID). Additionally, users may be required to provide a login or nickname used within the Alcore Games Application, along with a password created for the protection of the In-Game Account. Certain Alcore Games Applications may also request users to provide first and last names, email addresses, and mobile telephone numbers necessary for the creation of an In-Game Account.
4. Should you utilize our Sites or Forums for communication purposes and violate this Policy, our Terms of Service or policy of fair play policy, we reserve the right to block your In-Game Account or otherwise restrict your access to Alcore Games Services, including access to our social network accounts and pages.
5. Any communication, comments, feedback, or other interactions conducted on our Sites with other Alcore Games Users or Alcore Games itself may result in the storage and use of your profile names for advertising purposes.
6. The Controller may transfer personal data to Processors for storage purposes, as well as for the enhancement and ongoing development of Alcore Games Applications.
7. We retain your personal data for the duration of your use of our Services and for as long as you maintain an active and valid In-Game Account. If your In-Game Account is blocked or deleted by us or by you, or if you discontinue using our Services, we will continue to process personal data collected prior to the deletion of your In-Game Account or your cessation of service usage.
Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data
1. We collect, utilize, and process your personal data exclusively for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. These purposes include:
  1. Marketing endeavors, such as retargeting, profiling for advertising, and employing look-alike advertising targeting techniques.
  2. Addressing your inquiries, comments, and concerns, and furnishing you with customer support services.
  3. Facilitating the establishment of In-Game Accounts and granting Alcore Games Users access to Alcore Games Applications and other associated Services.
  4. Conducting marketing analyses to comprehend your preferences and usage patterns within our Services, as well as across mobile applications and websites in general.
  5. Operating and enhancing our Services, encompassing the improvement of Alcore Games Applications.
  6. Identifying and suggesting connections with other Alcore Games Users, and enabling communication between Alcore Games users.
  7. Administering actions such as the blocking or deletion of your In-Game Account, or employing other means to restrict your access to our Services, in cases of policy or fair play violations.
  8. Transmitting pertinent information, including confirmations, invoices, technical notifications, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages.
  9. Providing updates on promotions, rewards, upcoming events, and other relevant news regarding the Services offered by Alcore Games and our selected partners.
  10. Complying with applicable laws, legal proceedings, and responding to requests from public and governmental authorities.
Storage of Your Personal Data
1. Both we and our Processors may store your personal data within and outside the European Union.
2. While we and our Processors implement all reasonable and necessary measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access by third parties, we must inform you of the potential risks associated with storing your personal data in jurisdictions outside the European Union, as stipulated in Article 49(1)(a) of the GDPR. These potential risks include:
  1. Variation in rules and regulations governing personal data processing in these jurisdictions compared to the GDPR. Nonetheless, both Alcore Games and its Processors afford personal data subjects the same level of guarantees as provided by the GDPR.
  2. Storage of personal data in jurisdictions inaccessible to Alcore Games. However, Processors responsible for storing your personal data in such jurisdictions utilize all necessary security mechanisms to protect your data. Additionally, their storage authority is subject to restrictions and oversight through contracts with Alcore Games.
  3. Potential exposure to hacking attacks. Alcore Games employs comprehensive measures to prevent such attacks.
3. By clicking the "I accept" button as outlined in section 1.2 of this Policy, you consent to the potential transfer of your personal data to both EU and non-EU countries.
How We Secure Your Personal Data
1. We implement reasonable security measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access, unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, and damage.
2. We do not utilize vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. However, we conduct regular Malware Scanning. Your personal information is stored behind secured networks and can only be accessed by a limited number of individuals with special access rights to such systems. These individuals are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the information. We employ various security measures to ensure the safety of Alcore Games Users' personal data when they enter, submit, or access their information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
3. Access to the services provided by our Processors, which are responsible for tracking behavioral data and promoting Alcore Games Services, requires the use of special usernames and passwords. In some cases, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) may also be employed.
Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties
1. We do not engage in the sale or transfer of your personal data to any third parties. We have never sold any personal data to third parties, and this practice has not occurred within the last 12 (twelve) calendar months. Furthermore, there are no plans to sell your personal data to any third parties in the future. Your personal data may only be transferred to the Processors identified in this Policy for the specific purposes outlined herein.
2. In the event that we choose to alter our policy regarding the sale of your personal data in the future, we will furnish you with all necessary updates and notifications as stipulated by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Cookies Policy
1. Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
2. Neither we, nor our Processors use cookies in our Services.
Service Providers
1. We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
  - To facilitate our Service;
  - To provide the Service on our behalf;
  - To perform Service-related services; or
  - To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
2. We want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to their Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
Log Data
1. We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Children’s Privacy
1. These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
