We, ALCORE GAMES LTD (hereinafter referred to as “Alcore Games”), the company acting and organized under the laws of the United Kingdom (UK), with address: 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, United Kingdom, WC1N 3AX.

Consent to Personal Data Processing
1. Your freely agreement serves as the legal basis for Alcore Games to process your personal data. By providing this agreement, you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred to both EU and non-EU countries as outlined in this Policy.
2. Upon downloading and accessing Alcore Games Applications or Services, a dialogue box will appear on your device screen. This box will contain the statement: “I fully agree with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy”. Additionally, it will include a link to the full text of this Policy and a button labeled “I accept.” By clicking this button, you provide consent for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
3. Within the dialogue box mentioned in this Policy, you will also find the statement “I confirm that I am 16+ (or holding parental responsibility).” Adjacent to this statement, there will be a checkbox. By checking this box, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, or that the individual holding parental responsibility over you consents to the processing of your personal data.
Modification
1. Alcore Games retains the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, discontinue, or terminate our Services, including any portion thereof, globally or individually, or to modify these Terms, at any time and without prior notice.
2. In the event of modifications to these Terms, we will publish the updated Terms on our Site https://alcoregames.com. By continuing to access or utilize our Services after the posting of modified Terms, you signify your acceptance of being bound by the revised Terms. These Terms will be revised at least once every 12 (twelve) calendar months following the date of posting the latest version of these Terms. We encourage you to periodically visit our Site https://alcoregames.com to stay informed about any updates to these Terms. If the revised Terms are unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to discontinue using our Services.
3. Should you choose to cease using our Services, you have the right to delete your In-Game Account and submit a verifiable request to delete your associated personal data. You can send a verifiable request via our email support@alcoregames.com or through the link https://alcoregames.com/deleteData.
4. If you submit a request to delete your In-Game Account, please provide your username, nickname, or login utilized in your In-Game Account, along with the unique identifier used to create the In-Game Account (such as Game Center ID, etc.), and any other relevant data necessary for identifying your personal data associated with your In-Game Account.
Terms & Conditions
1. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also don’t have to try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Alcore Games.
2. Alcore Games is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
3. Alcore Games Applications stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Applications won’t work properly or at all.
4. The app does use third-party services that declare their Terms and Conditions. The list of third-party services can be found in clause 2 of the privacy policy (https://alcoregames.com/privacy-policy)
5. You should be aware that there are certain things that Alcore Games will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Alcore Games Studio cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
6. If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
7. Along the same lines, Alcore Games cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Alcore Games cannot accept responsibility.
8. With respect to Alcore Games Studio’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Alcore Games Studio accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
9. At some point, we may wish to update the app. Depending on the program platform (example: Android or iOS) – the requirements for the both systems(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Alcore Games does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
10. Subject to your adherence to these Terms, Alcore Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access, view, and utilize Alcore Games Services and Alcore Games Content that forms a part of these Services solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes.
11. You are prohibited from using Alcore Games Services and Alcore Games Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of Alcore Games or others.
12. Despite any other provisions in these Terms, you shall refrain from using Alcore Games Services or Alcore Games Content to:
  1. Violate any laws, third-party rights, or Alcore Games's Privacy Policy.
  2. Copy, modify, host, stream, sublicense, or resell Services or Alcore Games Content unless explicitly permitted otherwise in these Terms.
  3. Enable or allow others to use your In-Game Account.
  4. Circumvent any use restrictions established by these Terms or Alcore Games's Privacy Policy to prevent illegal uses of the Services.
  5. Upload or share any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortious, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, lewd, profane, invasive of another’s privacy, or hateful.
  6. Introduce viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or harmful code to Alcore Games Services.
  7. Gain unauthorized access to any computer system used by Alcore Games for managing Services and Alcore Games Content.
  8. Infringe upon the privacy of other Alcore Games Users.
  9. Disrupt, interfere with, or inhibit any other Alcore Games User from using the Services (e.g., stalking, intimidating, or harassing others, inciting violence, or harming minors).
  10. Misrepresent your identity or use a false email address.
  11. Improperly use in-game support or complaint buttons or make false reports to Alcore Games staff.
  12. ilize publicly available information about users in any Alcore Games Service (e.g., on a leaderboard) for purposes unrelated to the Service, including attempting to identify such users in the real world.
  13. Tamper with or obtain illegal access to the Services or Alcore Games Content.
  14. Place advertisements for any products or services within the Services without prior written approval from Alcore Games.
  15. Engage in fraudulent activities.
  16. Collect or harvest information regarding other users of Alcore Games Services for any reason, including sending unsolicited commercial email or for purposes not specified in these Terms.
13. Alcore Games may offer sweepstakes, contests, and similar promotions to Alcore Games Users through the Services. Each promotion may have its own specific rules, which you should carefully review as they may contain important additional information regarding Alcore Games' rights and ownership of submissions made as part of such promotions, as well as your participation in them. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of such rules and these Terms, the terms and conditions of the promotion rules will prevail.
14. The use of Services is provided free of charge. However, there may be special in-app purchases available within Alcore Games Applications, offering additional features and functions, including Virtual Items and Virtual Currency. By purchasing Virtual Items or Virtual Currency, you agree that all such purchases are final. Refunds for Virtual Items or Virtual Currency may only be issued if they become unavailable to you after the transaction has been completed but before they are provided to you. Additionally, if you are a resident of the European Union and you purchase limited licenses to Virtual Items and Virtual Currency from us, you may have the right to withdraw from such purchases within 7 (seven) working days of the date of purchase.
15. Violation of these Terms may result in the deletion or blocking of your In-Game Account and the restriction of your access to Alcore Games Applications or other Services provided by Alcore Games. We are not obligated to provide notice before deleting your In-Game Account or restricting your access to Alcore Games Services. Your access to the Services may be reinstated only after you send a request for restoration of access to our email support@alcoregames.com, and we make a decision to grant such access. We reserve the right to deny reinstatement of access to the Services. If technical constraints prevent the reinstatement of your In-Game Account, we will not be able to restore it.
16. The measures outlined in paragraph 3.15 of this Section do not preclude Alcore Games from taking other actions necessary to protect its rights, including Intellectual Property Rights. Specifically, Alcore Games reserves the right to pursue legal action against Alcore Games Users who violate these Terms and seek compensation for damages resulting from such violations. We may also require you to compensate for any losses and damages resulting from third-party lawsuits alleging that Alcore Games Services contained User Content or Customizations that violated copyright or other intellectual property laws, and you were the source of such User Content or Customizations.
17. If your In-Game Account is deleted by you or by us due to a violation of these Terms or for any other reason, you will lose all Virtual Items and Virtual Currency purchased and used in Alcore Games Application on your In-Game Account. You may also lose access to all User Content that you have posted, uploaded, created, or modified on our Services.
18. When submitting a request to us, you must provide the information necessary to identify your In-Game Account or otherwise identify you as the Alcore Games User (including, but not limited to, your unique identifier, email address, and login or nickname used in Alcore Games Applications).
19. If other Alcore Games Users observe that you are violating these Terms while using the Services, they may report your actions that violate the Terms to us via our email support@alcoregames.com. In such cases, we reserve the right to take reasonable actions necessary to prevent further violations of the Terms by you. Depending on the circumstances, we may block or delete your In-Game Account or otherwise restrict your access to our Services based on reports from other Alcore Games Users and any response you may provide to us if requested.
Registration and Creation of In-Game Account in Alcore Games Applications
1. To unlock the full range of features within Alcore Games Applications and to post User Content, you must register by creating an In-game Account and become a Member.
2. By registering for an In-game Account as an individual aged 16 years or older, you agree to monitor the account to prevent any use by minors. You assume full responsibility for any unauthorized use of our Alcore Games Applications by minors, including any use of your credit cards or other payment methods by minors.
3. During the registration process, you will need to provide certain information, including but not limited to:
  1. Your email address;
  2. Your unique identifier, such as a Facebook ID or Game Center ID;
  3. Your chosen nickname for use in Alcore Games Applications;
  4. Other personal information required for the creation of your In-Game Account.
  You may also be required to set up a username and password for your In-Game Account.
4. Please note that this list of required personal information for creating an In-Game Account is not exhaustive and may be supplemented by additional data collected from you under our Privacy Policy.
5. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information accurate, up-to-date, and complete. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Agreement, which may result in the immediate termination of your Account. You may not (i) select or use a username that impersonates another person, or (ii) use a username that infringes upon the rights of another person without proper authorization. Alcore Games reserves the right to refuse registration of, or cancel, a username, at its sole discretion. You can update your information through your In-Game Account or by contacting us via email at support@alcoregames.com.
6. You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party or allow any third party to use your In-game Account. You agree to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your In-game Account, whether or not authorized by you. You must immediately notify Alcore Games of any unauthorized use of your In-game Account by emailing support@alcoregames.com.
7. You have no ownership rights or interests in your In-Game Account. All In-Game Accounts are the property of Alcore Games. You may not sell or otherwise transfer your In-Game Account to a third party.
Use of Alcore Games Applications
1. Alcore Games Users who have created an In-Game Account and become members are granted full rights to utilize Alcore Games Applications. Specifically, Members are entitled to:
  1. Engage in mobile and web games that are part of Alcore Games Applications;
  2. Utilize all features and functionalities within both mobile and web games, as well as other Alcore Games Applications;
  3. Communicate with other Members through chats, online dialogues, and other Forums provided by Alcore Games within Alcore Games Applications and mobile and web applications of third parties;
  4. Post, view, upload, create, modify, and comment on any lawful User Content within Alcore Games Applications, including interaction through chats, online dialogues, and other Forums, ensuring such actions do not violate the rights of other Alcore Games Users;
  5. Offer feedback and ratings on the performance and features of Alcore Games Applications to Alcore Games;
  6. Purchase and utilize Virtual Items and Virtual Currency;
  7. Apply lawful Customizations to Alcore Games Content within Alcore Games Applications;
  8. Conduct other lawful actions that do not contravene these Terms or other applicable laws.
2. Upon purchasing or utilizing Virtual Items and Virtual Currency, such items are solely intended for personal and entertainment use within Alcore Games Applications. They hold no real-world value and are provided to you under a limited license for use within Alcore Games Applications; they do not constitute your personal property, and no ownership rights are transferred to you.
3. Prices, quantities, and types of Virtual Items and Virtual Currency available may be modified at any time without prior notice. Additionally, received Virtual Items and Virtual Currency may be altered or discontinued without prior notice. Trading, selling, or attempting to sell Virtual Items or Virtual Currency is strictly prohibited. Exchange of Tradable Items for other Tradable Items is permissible, provided no real-world money or items of real monetary value are involved. Any other attempted exchange is strictly prohibited.
4. In the event of attempted transfer or sale of Virtual Items or Virtual Currency to another Alcore Games User or third party, or selling Virtual Items or Virtual Currency for real-world money, your In-Game Account will be deleted, and access to our Services will be restricted.
5. Some Alcore Games Applications may be accessed without creating an In-Game Account. In such cases, Alcore Games Users who have not created In-Game Accounts may have fewer rights than those outlined in these Terms.
6. Alcore Games Applications are intended solely for personal and non-commercial use. Alcore Games reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Alcore Games Applications (or any feature thereof) at any time, as well as impose limitations on certain features and services or restrict access without notice or liability. You acknowledge that Alcore Games Applications may occasionally be inaccessible or inoperable for various reasons, including equipment malfunctions, maintenance procedures, or causes beyond Alcore Games' control.
7. The collection and processing of your personal data related to your use of Alcore Games Applications as a Member are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Language
The primary language governing these Terms is English. Any translations provided are for convenience only, and in the event of any inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
Changes to This Terms and Conditions
1. We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
